IDC-10-7FM 2x5 Flat Cable, 7 cm, female-male

DLN-2 USB-I2C/SPI/GPIO adapter has SPI lines and some of the GPIOs available at the J4 connector. The IDC-10-7FM cable can be used to connect these lines to your hardware. This cable is 7 cm long and has a male connector at one side and a female connector at the other side. The mail connector can be soldered directly to your hardware.
